What we collect through the site, why, for how long, and how you can ask us to see it or delete it.

What data and why

Only what you write to us.

The site collects data only when you write it in one of these forms:

  • The form on a property page ("Write to us about this property"): name, email or phone and message, to answer you about that property.
  • "Request a meeting" on the contact page: name, phone or email, what you need, when you would like us to call you back and, if you wish, a message, to call you back and set up the meeting.
  • Subscribing to the articles: your email address and language, to send you new articles. Before you are subscribed you receive a confirmation email: without your confirmation we do not write to you.

With every request and every subscription we save the date and the version of the notice you accepted, as proof of consent. We do not save your IP address.

We do not sell or hand over your data, and we do not use it for advertising. The people at the agency read it, in the management software; only the providers the service needs, such as the email provider, process it on our behalf.

When you write through a form, the agency also receives your request by email, through an email provider based in the United States, which keeps a copy of the email for a limited time, to deliver it and for its own checks. The email stays in the agency’s mailbox even after the data has been deleted from the management software: if you ask us to delete your data, we remove that email too.

For how long

As long as needed, then we delete it.

  • Form requests are deleted automatically after 24 months. If you ask us earlier, we delete your name, contact details, message and the choices you made in the form straight away: only the date, the type of the request and, if there is one, the property it refers to remain.
  • Your subscription to the articles lasts until you unsubscribe, with the link in every email. From then on we no longer write to you; the address stays marked as unsubscribed, so that we do not write to you again by mistake. If you want it removed completely, write to us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its use, to object and to receive it in a readable format. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you like.

Just write to [email protected]: we reply within one month. If you think we have not followed the rules, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
